We began Preferred Living in 1996 in Central Ohio as two entrepreneurs with a vision. That vision was to bring a carefree lifestyle to Central Ohio and a place people would be proud to call home whether in an apartment community, condominium or single family home. To achieve our vision, we develop, construct and manage all of our communities with you in mind.

Our communities set a standard others wish to achieve through innovative technology, modern designs, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
