COLLECTIONS/CUSTOMER SERVICE (Columbus, OH)Our communities set a standard others wish to achieve through innovative technology, modern designs, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. We are a growing rental community and need an experienced Collections/Customer Service Representative. Position overview: Responsible for managing all customer service issues as well as collection activities related to unpaid water bills and monies owed following move-outs. Position is goal oriented and reducing delinquencies are measured monthly with bonus potential. Duties and responsibilities: - Maintain focus on a positive customer service experience.
- Receive and post incoming payments and see that funds are deposited daily.
- Make collection calls and/or mail correspondence regarding delinquent payments.
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, i.e. negotiate payment options, amounts, deadlines, etc.
- Process and review account adjustments, resolve discrepancies and short payments, monitor accounts and maintain regular contact and follow-up.
- Resolve other complaints and/or issues that come through Corporate from internal and external sources and track complaints for future policy recommendations.

Compensation and benefits:
- $12.00 to $15.00 per hour
