Preferred Living® has been developing and managing luxury apartment communities in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding area since 1996. Our properties include apartments in and near Downtown Columbus’ Shorth North, Harrison West, and Victorian Village areas, Grandview, Westerville, New Albany, Dublin, Worthington, and Upper Arlington Neighborhoods.

Our company was founded to provide more than just everyday apartment units. We set out to encourage the Preferred Life in stylish, relaxing and luxurious environments. That’s why Preferred Living® apartments include concierge services, monthly resident events and so many popular amenities, from pool and fitness facilities, to theaters, game rooms, full-service business centers and tanning salons.
