The staff is wonderful and super helpful with any questions or concerns. I love being able to work out at any time of the day and not having to walk outside the building at all. The rock wall is a very unique feature, tons of fun, and very well maintained. Definitely the coolest place I have ever lived!

My husband and I moved in about four months ago and have loved every second of it. There are so many amazing features here, I don’t even know if I could pick a favorite between the pool, grill and fire pits that are open year round, the two dog parks, the inside rock climbing wall, the theater, the monthly resident get together and all of the amazing staff here! If you are looking to live in a mini paradise I highly recommend moving to Taylor House!!!

The apartments are the nicest and newest in the area. Love the granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances! They also include a free membership to Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club.

Nicholas S. | email | Good evening. Thank you for reaching out. I have to say our first month here has been fantastic. My old apartment complex was fine but everything felt used or worn. There would be a bump in the carpet, the cabinet door wouldn't fully close, the dishwasher was loud. I got used to seeing those things until I didn't see them anymore. But here and Kendall, everything is so clean, feels brand new and pristine and quiet all for the same rate we paid before. Everything offered here is just better. I told my roommate that it felt like we got bumped up to first class. Honestly, that would be a great way I would describe Kendall to other people, it's like living in first class without breaking the bank. If there is anything you need from us please let me know. Madison Park:

Amber C. | Google | Madison Park is a beautiful community. From the spacious floor plans to the built-in speakers. I must also mention the membership with the Premier at Sawmill. What more can you ask for? The office staff is very friendly. And maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner. Madison Park is a great place to live.

The apartments themselves are wonderful and upscale with an amazingly sized kitchen that allows me to sprawl out all the baking supplies I could possibly need. The office staff at Madison Park are extremely kind and quick to respond to any type of request, often going the extra mile to make sure things are functioning properly. I'm excited for another year in Columbus and with Madison Park.
